I supported two Senior Relation Managers specialising in real estate finance and the leisure sector. I dealt with complex end to end real estate finance lending deals, liasing between customers, solicitors, valuers and monitoring surveyors to ensure property purchases and developments completed within tight timescales. Knowledge of charged security , lending covenants and financial accounts was an important requirement of the role. I also dealt with customer general lending requirements and day to day business needs and provided solutions to customers problems. I was a first point of contact for customers and built relationship by providing a first class customer service.
