Employed by Kier to manage their Hub frameworks, of which Kier are Tier one contractors on four of the five regional frameworks. Over this time responsible for developing Hub projects from initial tender to concept design, to detail design, through market testing and on to financial close, culminating in an overseeing role during the construction phase. A wide ranging role that included development of bid strategy, bid writing and bid presentations. Client and stakeholder liaison and management. Project development strategy, developing and implementing the project commercial strategy. Internal stakeholder management and governance. Commercial and contractual negotiation, and risk management.
