Collaborating directly with the CPO & other leaders to connect company goals to our product vision. Crafting the data-inspired product strategy, then ultimately choosing the right set of metrics that matters to be monitored. Holding alignments & making sure the objectives are clear for the squads -- those responsible for customers & property discoveries, home services, and growth with AI projects.Structuring PM cadence & operations (including prds, roadmaps, post-launch metrics evaluation, etc.Empowering the teams to successfully launch;- Pinhome's first-ever expert system of property value estimator, covering 93% of listings in our inventory, with >90% value estimate accuracy; expanding to 16 different cities/regions within 6 months of launching.- Pinhome's property search & discovery MVP- Property dictionaries (e.g secondary residential properties listing, foreclosures listing, secondary commercial listing), enabling Pinhome to store hundred-thousands of listings in less than a year- New Homepage- Pinhome Home Services MVP (home cleaning, AC cleaning, car wash; fulfilling thousands of orders within the first 2 months of launching with >80% booking conversion rate.- Pinhome 2nd expert system of recommendation engine- Expanding home services to other services such as Disinfectant, Massage & AC Fix

Startup Studio Indonesia is an accelerator program aimed at fostering the growth of high-potential early-stage startups in the country, supported by Indonesia's Ministry of Communication and Informatics.I offer consultation to a total of 13 startups from multiple industries, across 4 program batches (Batch 5 to Batch 8), spanning from November 2022 to June 2024.I worked closely with startup founders, providing hands-on guidance to address critical challenges and helping them achieve product-market fit.

Personally delivered & taught some of the modules within RevoU's Product Management bootcamp- OKR & Product Metrics - Problem PrioritizationResponsible for directing other instructors on the same modules, aligning teaching materials together, and creating advanced assignment answer keys.

One of the main contributors to the creation of RevoU's first-ever PM course -- that targeted to help their students to kickstart their careers in Product Management.A 3-month full course program, with structured learning & industry-related assignments, that will help students in preparing for their journey to become a PM.Guiding instructors and tutors to deliver the materials & experiences, in accordance with the syllabus.We started with 1 class every 3 months, and eventually expand to 3 classes every month using the same curriculum structure.

We worked on delivering an on-premise inference platform with 5 different video analytics (e.g. face recognition, license plate recognition, vehicle & people counting, and crowd estimation) to the Security & Surveillance industry.Over the course of one year, Nodeflux has grown from serving 3 Regional Police Headquarters to 19 Regional Police Headquarters whilst also expanding the solutions for Jakarta Smart City and GOJEK (i.e one of the biggest ride hailing service in Indonesia).
