About Richard Dodds
My background is in Commercial and Project Management I spent 17 years at McDonnell Douglas Information Systems MDIS (Now Northgate – Arinso) in Hemel Hempstead. At MDIS I managed their Commercial department which had a large portfolio of direct and third party leases and a complex billing system. Later I became involved with project Management and headed up a 12 strong team of analysts that redesigned the company’s internal information systems and infrastructure. In the late 90’s I became involved with the forerunners of today’s CRM systems and set up a CRM practise RD Associates Ltd which specialised in mid-range CRM systems such as ACT and GoldMine.In 2011 when the Microsoft hosted version of Dynamics CRM 2011 was released, I recognised this as a watershed for the CRM sector and refocused the business on the Microsoft product. I launched a new company CRM Dynamics Ltd which specialises only in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and associated products. The company has and continues to grow developing CRM solutions in Dynamics for clients ranging from 5 to 350 users in a sectors including manufacturing, Not for Profit, Business Consultancy and BtoB services.As well as a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics and its capabilities my specialities lie in understanding business process and requirements and translating these into effective CRM solutions that support businesses requirements.

Richard had previously owned RD Associates a CRM practise that supplied a variety of CRM products including ACT!, GoldMine, Achiever and Commence.In 2011 when the Microsoft hosted version of Dynamics CRM 2011 was released, Richard recognised this as a watershed for the CRM sector and refocused the business on the Microsoft product.
