Attend monthly board meetings. Discuss and vote on issues facing the board of directors regarding the property, monthly rents, employees, projects, and legal issues.

The  Secretary  acts  as  the  Chief  Administrative  Officer  (CAO)  of  a  Lodge.  He maintains  the  archives  of  the  Lodge,  including  the  minutes,  bylaws,  iMember  records, Tiler’s  Register,  seal,  account  books  and  a  copy  of  the  CMC.  He  reports  to  the  Grand Secretary’s  office,  through  iMember,  certificates  of  election  of  officers,  life memberships,  and  deaths  of  members,  together  with  applications  received  and  other membership  transactions,  such  as  demits,  as  necessary.  Using  iMember  as  an  electronic roll  book,  the  Secretary  records  the  names  of  members,  their  degree  dates,  affiliations, withdrawals,  suspensions,  demits,  restorations  and  deaths.  He  reports  to  the  Lodge  in February  and  August  on  the  annual  membership  returns  of  the  prior  year,  and  the  semi-annual  membership  returns  of  the  current  year,  respectively.  Additionally,  he  actively attends  the  District  School  of  Instruction,  seeks  out  knowledge  in  Freemasonry  through the  Lodge  Management  Certification  Programs  (LMCPs),  and  attends  the  Secretary  and Treasurer  Retreats.  Overall  he  uses  the  lessons  of  Freemasonry  to  achieve  the  aims  of Freemasonry.

Pick up and deliver new and used vehicles to the dealership and purchasers in a safe and responsible manner throughout Northern California.

As Cashier Trainer/Mentor I trained the cashiers in all the aspects of the operations of the cash register, customer service and the state rules and regulations for sales of alcohol and tobacco.As Produce Clerk I maintained the department displays for sale, ordered product, prepared the produce for sale, rotated product and stocked the shelves.As Inventory Control Clerk I checked deliveries, verified invoices, maintained an adequate inventory of store supplies and prepared the backroom for deliveries. As Night Manager I was in charge of the evening cashiers, setup and merchandised the end cap displays for the sale items, handled the customer service and store closing procedures.

Prepare the agenda, manage the monthly meetings of the Mission Lodge Masonic Hall Association, direct the Secretary/Treasurer in their duties, oversee the Building Manager.
