Vision Foster Homes is Now Part of Destinys Child Ministries a part of Richard Duncan Ministries Helping Mother with Children lead as normal life as normal a life as possible. Rectally we have started allowing mothers with children to live in our home with the goal of giving then a safe and secure place to raise there children.The Foster program is overwhelming to all involved. It is a government agency trying to act like a family. It it not very nurturing and every one would rather be some where else. Most children want to be with there birth parents and the parents of the children feel helpless.Basically the Judge makes all decisions based in what child protective services recommends with little input from the parents. Child Protective Services and the Court or bound by laws that are designed to protect the children. It is very hard to legislate a child life.
