HQ ACC's lead division for developing capabilities-based requirements supporting the AF Weather Enterprise System and Global Integrated Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Core Function Team. enhance the decision-making processes of military and other DoD/government/civilian users by ensuring the timely delivery of accurate products and services to users. Using organizations include classified and unclassified environmental support to US Air Force, Army, other Department of Defense (DoD) organizations, Guard and Reserve users, universities, national programs, laboratories, and other US government and international agencies. Oversees complex projects involved in managing the requirements of the weather organization's global and/or regional meteorological products and services. Devises methods, techniques, and procedures to manage and track user requirements/requests for meteorological products, services, information systems changes, and other resources. As the organization's Weather Requirements and/or Products Coordinator. Develops the response to support requests and determines customer satisfaction once the requests are completed.Ensures standardized meteorological support for Air Force, Anny, Navy, Guard, Reserve, DoD, nationalprograms, and other government and international agencies.Utilizing professional knowledge of meteorology directs project teams in the development of new products and/or technical capabilities to support user requirements.Develops, coordinates, and maintains Memoranda of Agreement (MOAs), Memoranda of Understanding(MOUs), and Interagency Support Agreements (ISAs) between the organization and external agencies for the exchange of data, products, and services.Documents user satisfaction surveys and correspondence regarding quality and effectiveness of organization meteorological products and services.

Responsible for the employment of United States Air Force Weather personnel in support of Army combat and contingency operations worldwide.

An in-residence rigorous 10-month graduate-level program at a world-class Professional Military Education institution designed to educate and develop air-minded joint leaders. Members will be awarded Joint Professional Military Education I credit and the Masters of Military Operational Art and Science Degree.

Supports an 11-person weather flight providing 24-hour specialized support to Commander Air Combat Command, his staff and the Air Combat Command Air Operations Squadron. Acts as the Department of Defense executive agent and functional expert for support to global combat aircraft deployment planning and execution. Provides critical weather data for "go/no-go" aircraft deployment decisions to Air Combat Command's Air Operations Squadron 24-hour Mission Control Center and Delivery Control Officers. Presents Commander Air Combat Command and Commander's Contingency Action Team with weather impact briefings that affect Air Combat Command's assets and worldwide operations.

Augments 28 personnel operational weather flight providing weather support for US Counter-Drug, Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief contingency operations. Guides, researches and develops environmental inputs to Joint and Component plans, programs, and Concept of Operations for US Southern Command's Area of Responsibility. Produces weather forecasts supporting Combined, Joint & multi-agency operations within a 15.6 million square-mile area of responsibility.

Lead an 11-person flight providing 24-hour weather support to the Commander, Air Combat Command, his staff and the Air Operations Squadron. Acts as the Department of Defense’s executive agent and weather expert to support global deployment planning and execution for 2,000+ combat aircraft annually. Manages integration of emerging command and control technology into weather operations supporting fighter, bomber, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance aircraft movements

Commanded a 10-person flight supporting a 739-person and 10 aircraft special operation group in a combat-ready posture for any Department of Defense directed mission, exercise or contingency operation. Responsible for $2.1 million in programs and tactical weather equipment. Coordinated with numerous military and civilian weather agencies to ensure comprehensive coverage for sensitive special operations missions from Norway to South Africa

Leads a team responsible for providing weather products, services and briefings for mission planning and execution phases at the air operations center responsible for strategic airlift and air refueling operations worldwide.

Serves as Head of Aviation Operations and AWIPS Program Manager for Fleet Weather Center-Norfolk reporting directly to unit's Senior Metoc Officer and Operations Officer. Exercises operational control over the assigned personnel performing duties as Resource Protection Duty Officers and unit's Aviation Forecast Duty Officers. Monitors weather patterns and issues weather forecasts for aviation operations, Terminal Aerodrome Forecasts, and installations destructive weather advisories, watches and warnings through comprehensive use of all available meteorological products from authorized Department of Defense and U.S. Government resources for US Navy assets in the eastern US and Caribbean. Serves as the command's maritime, aviation and tropical meteorology subject matter expert.

Provided and coordinated weather support for the Commander, 7th Air Force, his staff, subordinate agencies and the Korean Air and Space Operations Center during armistice and wartime operations. Coordinated, arranged and presented weather data to 12 Korean/US agencies.

Led a 6-person team providing centralized weather support, flight weather briefings and the issuance of weather warnings and advisories protecting billions of dollars in Department of Defense resources. Coordinated and directs integration of operational weather assessments across the spectrum of mission profiles into shaping, planning and executing of air and space operations and exercises in the Pacific.
