  • Prepare demand notices and sent them out to respective defaulting customers.• Prepare legal contacts for External debt Collectors doing recovery on behalf of the Bank and make sure they executed as per laws requirements.• Prepare deed of undertakings for defaulting customers and make sure they are executed as per laws requirements.• Appear before the court of law in cases where bank official is required to give evidence on matters that arises from facilities taken by the defaulting customers. • Produce report weekly and monthly on the recoveries per product of the portfolio• Identify and carry out monthly write off of accounts across the products as per BOT requirement• Prepare and instruct external debt collectors on high volume accounts• Maintain an accurate database of the outsourced accounts on the unsecured products.• Ensure that the business operates to the highest standards of regulatory and compliance policies especially anti-money laundry.• Ensure in achieving satisfactory audit and ensure that there are no any unsatisfactory audits.• Improve risk control assessment coverage and quality with a minimum coverage of 85% in all audits.• Firm control over all relevant principal risks• Improve issues being auctioned by the management with a minimum target of 85%• Ensure 100% implementation of directorate employment opinion survey actions as agreed.• Achieve 100% participation of staff in directorate on yearly survey and improve annual score each year.• Ensure all staffs supervised by me have performance targets properly set and signed off in timely manner.
