Supported prototype activities to show capability for moving system performance metrics into Elastic via Logstash for display in Kibana dashboards; follow-on operationalization was for direct ingest into Elastic with Kibana dashboards.Planning and Scheduling Software Engineer* As a software engineer for a system Planning and Scheduling component, implemented new functionality and supported defect resolution for the full stack of the software baseline (HMI, server and backing store) across Weblogic/Oracle/JMS technologies.JPSS C3S SW Engineer* On JPSS C3S, supported Block 2.0 development on the Equinox baseline to support COTS upgrades for Wildfly and SSL PKI functionality for client-server communication.* Supported a critical Situational Awareness (SA) endeavor enabling first two key functional demonstrations to take place.JPSS C-PERT SW Engineer* While supporting GPS OCX, supported critical PCR work-off for Block 2.0 Operations-Based SAT for the Common Ground System Performance Evaluation Reporting Tool (C-PERT), requiring very quick spin-up for the C-PERT and SA data models, stored procedures, and java runtime so as to provide resolution in correcting runtime performance excursions to achieve consistent runtime performance. GPS OCX MCSE GSC SW Technical Lead/CI Team Lead* For the Global Positioning System Next Generation Operating System (GPS OCX) program, stepped up and assumed two lead roles (GSC Software Team Configuration Item (CI) Lead and Technical Lead) to support the critical Iteration 1.6 Detailed Design lifecycle phase. Succeeded in bringing on additional engineers, resulting in successfully completing 78 Peer Reviewed Detailed Design Units in the 10 weeks time to support a critical Program milestone.

* Successfully transitioned to support a thin front-end client UI/Frameworks for a commercial SEC reporting/productivity suite based on Apache (Adobe) Flex/AS3 (running in Flashplayer) technology communicating with a Python back-end server running on the Google Cloud Platform, Google App Engine (GAE).* In an agile (Scrumban) Product Discovery driven environment supported three major product improvement initiatives, including platform feature license customization, UI/Client navigation implementation to a new file/project access feature and UI/Client updates/Client-Server synchronization for an enhanced performance data synchronization feature.

Successfully led, managed, coordinated and actively worked the software effort for 4 aggressively scheduled release efforts, across 4 Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and System, Software, Hardware, Testing, Quality Assurance, CM/DM, and Program Management disciplines encompassing ~30 personnel while maintaining customer confidence, concurrence and buy-in in order to deploy a critical system metrics and reporting tool for a significant program award fee profit capture which required improved performance and defect correction in order to reduce risk and ensure complete period of performance coverage resulting in a 100% award-fee capture for Raytheon for the Joint Polar Satellite System (JPSS) program in FY2013.
