• Managed 6 division comprised of 13 people to manage, sustain, issue, deliver, and ship all JSF F-35 aeronautical repairable and consumable components. Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean methodologies.• Managed over 2,924 repairable/consumable items with a depth of 24,663 with an estimated value of over $750,000,000 while maintaining Joint Program Office metrics, which lead to the first 100% inspection in Joint program office history.• Directly managed and supported 9 detachments, in preparation for Marine Corps first F-35C deployment.• Represented the United States Marine Corps - Aviation Supply Sector in the 2021 First Phase, G.A.P. Analysis Conference for Lockheed Martin and Joint Program Office. Reviewed over 3,000 task to establish a curriculum for JSF F-35 program for the United States Marine Corps. • Participated in Bi-Weekly meetings with the Operational Planning Team, to analyze and produce updates to the Marine Corps Supply curriculum that help develop Task Master Listing for the Marine Corps.• Communicates and executes daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly objectives and goals with Lockheed Martin, Pratt and Whitney and the Joint Program office.• Directly contributed to Marine Corps JSF F-35 supply program rewrite of procedures.

Using the Marine Corps Recruiting Information System, analyzed effectiveness of personal production to improve constantly to hit metrics given. • Developed a daily schedule to maximize time which lead to an above average APR of 1.63 leading to multiple mission accomplishment for the recruiting station and multiple individual awards for superior performerQuality Control Liaison• In charge of processing, shipping, quality control, and background investigation of all USMC applications. • Lead the procurement of 6366 parts of Non-Mission and Partial-Mission Capable aeronautical requirements valued at $48,748,728.13.• Research and expedited 10,088 aeronautical materials valued at $27,514,501.44.• Successfully inputted and expedited over 1,081 hazardous material requirements, valued at $854,175.26.• Ensured 600 cancellation requests were properly executed saving Marine Air Ground 39 an amount of $472,332.05.• Liaison between external companies such as Defense Logistics Agency, Rolls Royce, Sikorsky and CEVA to ensure timeliness of delivery of parts to support flight line readiness.• Using Lean principles, I identified a friction point in the response division and developed an entry point mailbox in Outlook, which increased communication and response time between all Marine Air Ground 39 squadron leading to personal award of a Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal.
