I’m a senior at North Carolina State University, with a passion for technology, sales, and business operations. My experience includes public sector capture, customer service, and sales, with a focus on transforming challenges into opportunities. During my internship at World Wide Technology, I supported RFP responses, conducted competitive analysis, and assisted in strategy development, helping align proposals with government standards. In my previous roles, I improved my ability to understand client needs, resolve issues, and deliver tailored solutions, which led to a high level of customer satisfaction. I’m also proficient in C programming, HTML coding, and Microsoft Office, which allows me to bridge the gap between business and technology.
