About Richard Gibson

Working to support better outcomes for Cheltenham's communities; my job involves getting different folk together to work out what needs to be done, how we will work together to make sure it happens, and then telling others what we've done. More specifically my job involves community development, partnership working, communications and web, voluntary and community sector grants plus twinning. I'm also lead commissioner for the council supporting its relationship with the Cheltenham Trust.
