An eye for detail, route cause analysis, and competition SWAT analysis, proven exemplary customer service experiences and champion for the community.Able to spot talent and development opportunities within my team.After a tough year in the workplace and resulting in struggles with my mental health it resulted in a career change this time to a very different role and sector, utilising my skills and ability to ensure a fun, safe and inclusive journey for my passengers, in mid 23 I passed my PCV tests and now carry more passengers with even more diverse needs.2023 was also a year for chances, setting up our valeting business Swell Clean Ltd, providing mobile valeting services to private, commercial and business customers alike, be they owners of cars, vans, motorcycles, caravans and motorhomes. 2024 will be a year of growth and development both personally and in business, watch this space.During family time I help support my son's efforts and hobbies. Dad to 6 boys, 4 at home we have Kieran, a young adult with non verbal Autism, Caiden who has taken to YouTube to develop his media skills with vlogs and views on Peterborough United, search @capeunited on YouTube, following up with Leyton who seems to have a natural ability with anything played with a ball, football, cricket and snooker with darts thrown in, pun absolutely intended. He has now been selected to train and play for Lincolnshire Cricket Club and last but not least, Reegan who is developing his football and cricket skills to follow his brothers path, super proud 😁
