I began my tenure with Kaiser Permanente in 2008 as an EH&S Specialist. I was promoted in 2012 to an EH&S Coordinator and then promoted again in 2015 to EH&S Program Manager. My history with the company has been one of promoting safety, compliance, and inspections organization-wide. I have trained staff, led projects, and standardized processes to ensure safety. My noted accomplishments are: * Awarded On-The-Spot Award for the development of SERS Injury Reporting. * Reduced Sunnyside Medical Center’s Injury Rate by 20% in 2015. * Minimized OSHA violations by providing risk assessments through the NWKP Mock OSHA Program.
