Over a decade working in planning and forecasting in the global Water Treatment industry for a large multinational, I became the Senior Demand Planner at the UK's leading provider of Solar PV products, Segen, where I was and continue to lead the implementation of new Demand Planning processes for the entire company, as well as manage a team of regional Demand Planners and contribute high level trend, market and customer forecasts and analytics for all parts of the Segen Group. I have several years of design, implementation and operation of Expert Forecasting at a tactical and strategic level, tool and process design, and team leadership, management and development.
