Hardy Handmade Furniture was established as a sustainable business designing and making high quality furniture, combining contemporary design with natural materials and traditional craftsmanship. Based in a small rural workshop with timber sourced from local suppliers, I created a variety of bespoke furniture, from dining tables and chairs to cabinets and fitted kitchens. I also successfully launched my own range at Clerkenwell Design Week in 2015.

I managed website, online advertising and viral projects for brands including Sony and Vodafone. Working with a large team, I coordinated the creative concept and scoping phases while working with ADs and Planners to identify client opportunities in emerging technologies. The multi-platform campaign to launch Sony Ericsson's Xperia brand was measurably successful, including over six million episode views for the online short film.

I was responsible for travelling around the planet visiting beautiful places, meeting interesting people and generally broadening my horizons. I also used the time to pursue some personal photography and writing projects.
