I have more than 20 years’ experience as an intellectual property and technology lawyer.I specialise in advice and dispute resolution in intellectual property, technology, franchising, competition (anti-trust), and consumer law matters. I also provide compliance advice and training regarding competition and consumer law, franchising law, and cybersecurity, and assist clients to deal with regulatory investigations in these areas.I hold a Master of Laws degree from the University of Melbourne, specialising in intellectual property and competition laws. I have a particular interest in patent law, as well as the issues that arise at the intersection of intellectual property and competition laws.
