Hello im Richard, and I was born into logistics. I started as a driver, and by the age of 21 had purchased my own semi truck. I had a responsible business plan and had built 8 months of operating expenses to start. After several years of owning/driving I dedcided I enjoyed the mental side of logistics better. So I created a plan to get into the office with nothing but grit determination and real world experience.
