Intranet Management- Maintain efficient site navigation and information architecture- Maintain high quality visual aesthetics as well as uphold brand best practice- Maintain a balance of content and tools that are easily accessible- Monitor user generated content from approved authors that is in line with company’s best practice and appropriate for certain communication channels- Manage projects to deliver content areas with tools and features that benefit the user - Monitor and report on site analytics- Provide training to all users of all levels of knowledge, including new joiners, authors, content owners and team administrators- Coordinate with departments, groups, locations and committees to create and maintain content areas where information is displayed - Support team admins to maintain active community sites, and improve quality and aesthetic appeal of their content area- Maintain strong communication with intranet provider IT teams discussing technical issues and implementation of upgrades- Manage and oversee administrative tasks, content upload and media/file structure - Structure and design content areas and pages using CSS/HTML- Resolving any technical issues or providing assistance for any Intranet related requestsOther responsibilities- Internal video filming, editing and management- Management of news and features content schedule for company website- Management of video content, visual communications and employee engagement platforms- Design/editing Adobe Photoshop- Publication of articles and press releases on company website- Communicating publications of articles and press releases via social media channels- Monitoring and reporting on website and intranet analytics (Google analytics)SoftwareBrightCove, Qumu, OneLan, Final Cut Pro X, Sociabble, Marketo, Umbraco, Hootsuite, Salesforce, Vuelio/Vocus, Google Analytics, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office

The role comprises of responsibilities from both the Communications & Events and the Digital teams. Main responsibilities include: Internal Communications & Events- Content creation and management of internal announcements and articles via the Intranet news centre, automated email software and internal newsletters- Maintain high quality visual aesthetics, structure on the intranet as well as uphold brand best practice throughout all communication- Coordinating internal events/managing media and communications plans - Global Hackathon, Charity and Holiday events.- Coordinating the global quarterly internal leadership updates in the 12 main offices around the worldDigital & Public Relations- Publication of articles and press releases on company website- Communicate the publication of articles and press releases via social media channels- Create engaging social media content and distribute on social media management software and internal employee engagement platforms- Internal filming, editing and content management on video hosting platforms- Monitor analytics and report on key behavioural trends of users
