I have enjoyed 28 years so far at Ridge, working with many great people and delivering a wide range of projects, some of which have been fantastic. I was particularly lucky to have the chance to deliver several projects overseas, in challenging conditions where it was the strength of personal relationships that got the job done. New challenges keep life interesting. I manage a team of 10 Project Managers and look after the financial management and performance of the team as we deliver a wide range of projects. I have really enjoyed grappling with NEC, from hating it to being fully converted to understanding how powerful and flexible it can be.
