• Managed up to 12 e-commerce and marketing applications and associated technical teams at various times, managing up to 30 on-shore and off-shore development staffs.• HP Enterprise Search, HUB, PDAPI (Software Depot), Product Availability, Logistics, Tax, Regulatory Fee Calculation• Delivered a significant cost saving by reducing server usage for all applications under my management, decommissioning up to 365 servers within 6 months of HP split. This is about 47% of all servers and led to $428K cost savings annually• Organized the cross-functional cooperation between IT, marketing business, HP.com UX and HP.com data analytics teams to define new processes, roles and responsibilities, and tools to improve the search relevancy for both Intranet and HP.com sites leading to immediate improvement in click-thru-rate from 38% to 73% for our HP.com end customers• Sponsored an internal innovation to build a custom data analytics platform using MongoDB, R, Java, and Selenium Grid to fill the capability gap for the HP enterprise search platform.
