As a social enterprise, Gotoco has arranged for over 1,500 North American and European students to visit China on our fun, funded and free work-travel and cultural exchange projects. Gotoco offers this free and funded to university students as part of our social mission to make people-to-people cultural exchange more accessible than it has ever been, and help students advance their careers while going on an adventure.For our efforts in building a community of young China watchers and offering support to educational institutions across China we were finalists in the China Social Impact Awards 2019, an award organised by the British Chamber of Commerce in China in partnership with the United Nations. For our TEFL and China education initiatives, we were bronze award winners for Best Educational Product with the British Youth Travel Awards. While for our provision of summer internships in China we were granted Gold Star Host status by the University of Oxford, and we've been voted most fun in the Teach Abroad category in the Go Overseas Community Choice Awards!

Insight Outreach is a charity which provides a tailored syllabus of mentoring to students from socioeconomically disadvantaged backgrounds who are hoping to apply to Oxford, Cambridge and other top universities.I lead on developing partnerships for Insight Outreach, aiming to attract more mentors, support more students, and provide internships and career guidance for mentees once they enter university.
