I started my employment journey, working for the Jamestown Post-Journal newspaper delivery service, in 1986. Since then, I have continued to grow in my personal development and professional growth. I have always encouraged others to succeed, gaining new experiences, and skills to positively impact their family, friends, co-workers and ultimately my management career aspirations.I am a dependable manager with over 20 years of experience in warehouse/inventory military logistics, Mechanical/Civil construction and safety management. Skilled at managing inventory control, forklift operations, shipping & receiving, customer relations and safety compliance procedures.I have always believed in "Team Work" and when it comes to getting work done, two heads are better than one. Encouraging your "Team" to exceed all expectations, is one of the most important parts of being in a management position. While understanding that simple and/or major tasks are best accomplished by a "Team Effort", but not all tasks are simple or simple to a specific individual or group of co-workers. That is why "Safety" and especially "Team Work" goes along way, in the success of any business.
