Richard Lyons is a Partner in the firms Real Estate Group. He brings transactional experience in the real estate, corporate, cannabis, life sciences, and healthcare sectors. These transactions include real estate leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, stock/asset purchase agreements, service agreements, licensing agreements, and corporate and business formation matters. Also serves as outside general counsel for a number of clients, advising them on a wide range of issues involving corporate governance and best practices, commercial agreements, and regulatory requirements, including in the cannabis industry.
