Working within the expanding Corporate Finance team, Richard has joined Quintain as Group Treasurer to manage and increase the Group's third party funding in support of the continued growth across the business, with responsibility also for the Group's cash management. Richard will be in charge of running all of the existing debt facilities, managing existing funding relationships, and thinking strategically about how to optimise the group's financing structures through the next phase of the business' evolution.

As Industry Head, Richard had responsibility for leading Lloyds Bank's coverage of its Major Private Groups in the Corporate Real Estate sector, who are experienced, privately-owned real estate operators with >£250 AUM. This involved building the franchise externally and ensuring the delivery of the bank's products and services into the team's target market. Richard led an experienced and capable team, in building long-lasting client relationships through strong networks, deep understanding of the real estate market's trends and activities, and knowledge of the specific needs of the team's client group as market conditions ebb and flow.Richard also led the Bank's Sustainability Strategy within the Real Estate Sector, with responsibility for overseeing the Bank's £1bn CRE Green Loan Initiative.

Richard is also leading the Bank's recent foray into sustainable CRE lending with the launch of its £1bn Green Lending Proposition.
