As Operations Coordinator, I provide onshore support for the clients and Expro personnel. I am responsible for new contracts Expro has won. I have to control the movement of various assets to and from locations and also bring in new equipment to the country. I coordinated all aspects of the project and attended daily service meetings with the clients as well as safety, budget and personnel planning meetings.I was originally asked to transfer into Gabon for the mentoring of Slickline Crews whilst carrying out operations in custom built Slickline Trucks with integrated Crane operations. I assessed the Slickline crew’s abilities and instructed them on correct practices and also advise of correct operational procedures and present my observations and recommendations to regional management.I had to hire new personnel to supervise and operate the crews offshore and provide them with Expro training on our procedures and HSEQ policies.

Based on the MSV Seawell vessel which is a well-intervention and diving vessel, which provides subsea and wireline intervention services.Accountable for collating the daily project report which comprises the daily HSE statistics, project report, chemical usage and all the equipment tracking as well as a breakdown of the vessel movements, personnel logistics and planning and scheduling of the future work scope. Generate the daily permits to include all the risk assessments as well as all the supporting documentation such as the COSHH sheets and make sure that the relevant parties were all signed onto the permit.Responsible for the project and vessel equipment mobilisation and demobilisation as well as dealing with supply chain ordering and the maintaining stock levels of vessel equipment via the use of SAP. Create a planned schedule for the transfer of equipment, chemicals, personnel and coordinate the onshore quayside logistics.I had to conduct safety meetings, chair and brief the supervisors for their daily tasks and carry out planning meetings for the immediate upcoming operations to prepare site instructions. Oversee the administration aspects of the project we were working on and act as Document Controller on board the vessel.

My job role within Peak Well Systems primarily is to travel to various client locations and deploy downhole equipment, ranging from retrievable bridge plugs, packer assemblies, straddles, large bore gauge hangers and specialist fishing tools.I carried out planning meetings with both clients and Peak personnel to ascertain customer’s requirements for their planned work scope and offer technical advice and sales advice if additional equipment was needed for the job. I provided cover for the workshop supervisor for 6 months due to staff re-deployments and this included making sure tool maintenance records were completed, preparing commercial invoices and preparing the correct delivery method for the equipment.Another aspect of my role was to conduct global customer training on the variety of products that Peak Well Systems offered. I delivered this training in the UK, Holland, Germany, Romania, Denmark, Norway, Tunisia, Kenya, India, Qatar, Thailand, Australia, Trinidad & Tobago and the United States of America.Due to Peak Well Systems being a small company compared to the big Oil & Gas service companies, I was often selected to carry out specialised operations and trial new downhole tools that we developed, during my time at Peak I was selected to run the following operations:-• Deployed the 1st SIM Plug in the North Sea• Deployed the 1st SIM Straddle System in India• Deployed the 1st SIM+ System in Holland• Deployed the 1st Large Bore Gauge Hanger in USA• Deployed the 1st E-Cutter in the Southern North Sea sector• Deployed the 1st 7” SIM Boost Running System in the world• Carried out SIM System training in 14 different countries

In my offshore position I was required to set and retrieve a variety of different Halliburton Bridge Plugs and Packer Assemblies. My duties at Halliburton were to attend pre job briefings to ascertain what type of operation is to be carried out and the client’s goals.I worked as part of an integrated Plug & Abandonment crew comprising of Slickline, E-Line and Bridge Plug operations.During my career at Halliburton I had 2 short term roles as Technical Professional, coordinating offshore operations and providing support to our clients.

My duties whilst as a Senior Wireline Operator were to assist and run all wireline operations on a variety of platforms, vessels and semi-submersible rigs using ASEP units. I was employed on the Shell Contract but also worked on a variety of Apache, Talisman and Total rigs (High Pressure/High Temperature). I performed a variety of intervention work such as bridge plug setting/retrieving, logging and gas lift operations.
