With a wealth of experience in the automotive industry I am passionate and driven by all aspects in this field of business.Having worked in sales, aftersales and manufacturing I have a comprehensive understanding of the automotive industry from the manufacturer side. The majority of my career has been spent in field-based roles, further providing me with a tacit knowledge of the dealer network and the customer facing side of the business.From my experience working within a volume car manufacturer, I have knowledge of high volume, fast paced sales and aftersales environments. Whilst my roles at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars have also allowed me to understand the luxury market, further developing my extensive knowledge of bringing an automotive vehicle to the modern marketplace.I am keen, focused and bring a positive outlook to my role and my career.

Here direct regional and client communications are required to ensure the correct construction of complex orders in a technically difficult environment within the internal systems to ensure the client's desires are translated into the production system.The Provenance used car programme is another area that sits within my remit. Here the full Provenance programme, from the strategy through operation, payments and reporting is managed, reviewed and agreed with the board. The programme is defined to ensure strategy and definition supports the working principals of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, offering the very best level of service and engagement with clients whilst generating a positive source for new car opportunities.I am also responsible for leading the management of the internal fleet of Rolls-Royce marketing vehicles including de-fleet process, maintenance and conditioning.Across all responsibilities, i lead a team of 11 talented individuals, managing their development, operations and strategy to ensure we offer the very best level of service to our Regional colleagues and to support the highest possible quality of experience for Rolls-Royce clients.
