Executive Level Supervision · Oversee programs & operations of a multi-state workforce development and homeless services organization· Contribute to the development of the national multi-year strategic plan and direction for the overall company.· Develop company operational policies in alignment with current workforce development, homelessness services, and multi-family housing industry talent trends.· Develop program and operational standards, including Human Relations (HR) and Information Technology (IT) organizational policies and procedures.· Establish systems, tools, and training(s) to improve programs in each market, track information, and conduct ongoing reporting requirements. · Fosters diversity and inclusive management practices across the organization through staff recruitment, coaching, training, and internal communications.· Partner with the CEO in researching, planning, and implementing the organization's national expansion plans.

The Operation Military Assistance Program (OMAP) coordinates permanent housing for homeless military veterans households and veteran households at risk of homelessness in Sarasota, Manatee, Charlotte, Lee, Desoto, and Collier Counties, Florida.Rapid Rehousing Program (HUD & State ESG Funded). In partnership with the local housing authorities and Continuum of Care, the Rapid Rehousing program coordinates to locate permanent housing for chronically homeless individuals & families in Manatee, Sarasota, Charlotte, and Lee County, Florida.•Building Strong Families Program (Siemer Foundation & Donor funded). Assist families at risk of homelessness with maintaining permanent housing in Manatee, Sarasota, Charlotte, and Lee County, Florida.•Employment and Financial Advancement Program (United Way & County funded) Enhance the employability skills of Asset, Limited, Income-Constrained, Employed (ALICE) households in Northern Sarasota and Manatee County, Florida.•US Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) Healthy Marriage and Responsible Fatherhood (HMRF) funded program. It serves low-income adults to develop the skills they need to hone healthy relationships skills and improve their ability to parent and co-parent effectively. •US Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) Healthy Marriage and Responsible Fatherhood (HMRF) funded program. Assists struggling fathers and father figures with improving the parent-child relationship and relationships (and help those who are single identify ways to enter into safe and supportive relationships) and identifying and supporting fathers in their economic stability and employment objectives. Serves Manatee, Sarasota, and Charlotte County, Florida. • Supervision of Program Directors, Program Managers, Program Coordinators, and Program Data Specialists.

Oversee Operation Military Assitance Program. Coordinate permanent supportive housing for homeless military veterans and their families in Sarasota, Manatee, Charlotte, Lee, DeSoto, and Collier Counties, Florida

Coordinate permanent supportive housing to homeless veterans and families and veterans at risk of homelessness. Develop a targeted outreach plan to bring awareness of the JFCS SSVF programming. Provide oversight of the program and supervision of staff. Incorporate new model for case management expanding the Housing First principle. Improve budgeting process, case management timeline, and referral follow-up to reduce monthly temporary financial assistance amount. Coordinate and deliver staff training. Conduct weekly data entry evaluations for monthly VA repository upload and COC data reporting. Conduct weekly case evaluations.

Manage the Contracts Department serving over 120 franchises by preparing, distributing and managing agreements, addendums and compliance letters. Coordinate and manage training sessions for staff and new franchises owners.
