While working with Top Shelf I have held the position in the Sales and design department. With this position I meet with new clients and discuss options for their closets, and help them design what they would like for us to build for them. I then present the final rendition and sell it to the client. I then take care of any issues they may have during or after the installation. I am also responsible for maintaining house accounts with developers and retirement communities.

As the founder and owner of the McVey Agency of Allstate I had a broad range of responsibilities. A few of my responsibilities consisted of the agency’s finances, conflict management, hiring / termination of employment, negotiating with underwriters, and client management. During this time I validated by meeting Allstate`s standards as well as sales numbers.
