I managed a small agency-like team within Eddie Bauer. We created seasonal campaigns, brand marketing, and oversaw all branding touchpoints from product to digital executions, including a large array of licensed products sold in box stores such as Target. I also managed our video editor and contract production teams, developing promotional content for events, in-store screen displays and social media. I worked with our CEO and our mountain guide team to develop and launch the First Ascent brand including all aspects of the brand, marketing, and expedition production. I was awarded Best of Bauer Special Achievement by our CEO for my efforts. I am most proud of the collaboration and speed to market of our First Ascent work and of mentoring a talented team, also nominated for awards, who have continued terrific success at Eddie Bauer and beyond.
