Contracted to s&ds essentially I was responsible for all projects from Logistics, Warehousing, Lean Practice to Engineering and EHS. I manage all aspects and ensure that deadlines and targets are successfully achieved. Their functions are dependent on the company I am working for and the type of project. Engineers will perform different tasks than accountants. Overall, I prepare and supervise team members and their tasks, prepare budgets and analyze data, direct and control the outcome of a project. I head up different projects and represent the clients best interest at all times.

• Running day to day activities of the site including cost cutting, interop’s, presentations and succession planning.• Making a high number of outbound calls to clients, directors and sites across the UK and Europe.• Addressing shortfalls in conduct and performance in a timely and appropriate fashion and where necessary initiate disciplinary or capability processes.• Holding daily drum beat and load capacity meetings with other managers and charge hands.• Hitting monthly, quarterly and yearly targets.
