Expanding the company's client base into Essex & Suffolk

This role required me to conduct highly accurate stock takes at a wide variety of high street retailers, travelling and working as part of a specialist team.

This role required me to walk over 10 miles every day over a repeated route covering a large portion of the Swansea University campus, accurately and quickly recording data of lecture attendance from a set series of rooms as well as dealing with a wide variety of student and staff queries.

My duties at Perriswood included teaching customers from aged 4 up to the very elderly the skills of archery, air rifle shooting and Airsoft games in groups ranging in size from one-to-one tuition up to sessions involving around thirty people. This work has allowed me to gain superb people skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of age groups and social and ethnic backgrounds.

This role required me to cover a repeated route across a higher education institution, accurately and quickly recording data of lecture attendance from a set series of rooms as well as dealing with a wide variety of student and staff queries.

Duties included filing, answering telephone calls in a professional manner, updating computerised records and web based information for a family firm of Chartered Certified Accountants.

This position involved daily interaction with customers and provided me with training in Customer Service, including a GCSE-equivalent qualification from the Morrisons Academy.
