Supplementary to this, I'd apply Agile methodology to direct the project management of concurrent promotions on behalf of Europe’s largest publishers, including creating and developing client briefs and sourcing and managing all aspects of production on time, to scope and within budget.Through overseeing design and delivery of brand extension and merchandising programmes for retail and eComm initiatives across Europe and leading new licensing agency acquisition for all global brands, I would generate new business and develop sustainable revenue streams. Accountability for shaping and executing product strategy for all European DGO brands and brand licensing rested with me, as did ensuring that all products realise new brand revenue and achieve strategic objectives. I also held oversight of senior stakeholder management, with full scope of change management, decision quality and influencing those both directly and indirectly impacted by the change.
