Richard is co-founder of FundBase Group, with 20 plus years of experience within the financial services industry. His expertise in strategic vision, coupled with deep operational & compliance management nurtures the growth of businesses whilst maintaining a strong commitment to operational excellence. His strategic insight and dynamic approach towards fund and investment management has driven the growth of FundBase Group in the investment management & VC sectors. Richard helped co-found King Irving, a specialist financial services law firm and Sandford Capital, a Licensing incubator for start-ups and the VC community. His prior experience includes heading the super & retirement division of NRMA, technical compliance for an Australian bank’s fund management arm and running the NSW arm of one of Australia’s largest financial planning dealer groups. A distinctive fusion of technological knowledge with a deep understanding of operations and compliance has allowed him to enhance the foundational standing of FundBase Group.
