FB Ventures

FB Ventures is an emerging private markets platform designed to provide both startups with broader and more flexible access to capital and investors access to increased options for both retail and wholesale. Unlike traditional platforms focused only on public equity crowdfunding, or wholesale syndicates, FB Ventures combines multiple capital raising formats — including equity crowdfunding (CSF), private syndicates (SPVs), equity roll-ups, and wholesale and retail offers — allowing founders and investors to engage across the retail and wholesale ecosystem. Founders don’t need to launch a full campaign immediately. The platform allows companies to start with a simple company page, present their business idea, and monitor early investor interest. Based on initial feedback and expressions of interest, founders can later decide whether to activate a formal fundraising campaign and scale investor engagement as needed. The platform also supports QR code generation, enabling founders to easily share fundraising pages at events and investor meetings. FB Ventures follows a hybrid model inspired by leading international platforms. This flexible structure allows FB Ventures to serve both founders and investors at different stages of their journey. For founders this means simpler capital raising and access to a broader investor base. For investors this means those investment opportunities can be accessed from behind the wholesale wall.
