Performs Maintenance Planning / Scheduling using SAP-PM Module (CMMS).Manages SAP Preventive Maintenance System using Task lists and Maintenance Plans to generate time / date released Preventive Work Orders. Work daily with Manufacturing Supervision to schedule maintenance repairs and PM's.Co-Coordinator of annual mill outage.Provides SAP-PM training as requested to maintenance leadership / production leads.Proficient in the use of SAP-PM, Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Project.

Assists with the planning and execution of the mill annual maintenance outage. These duties include but are not limited to: Shutdown Congestion Issues, Pre-SD Contractor Meetings, Creating Master Gantt Charts, Managing the Preventive Maintenance work order system using SAP-PM

Works with production supervision and Maintenance leadership to develop a daily work schedule for maintenance repairs throughout the mill using SAP-PM software. Manages the entry of Preventive Maintenance requests using SAP. Provides training to other employees on the use of SAP-PM.

Using SAP-PM and other in-house software perform the maintenance planning of the pulp mill. This include daily maintenance work, annual mill outages as well as scheduled PM outages.Worked with operation to develop PM programs for repetitive work.
