Richard has over 25 years experience in the jewellery and precious metals industry with extensive knowledge gained through the successful establishment and management of a Melbourne based manufacturing company specialising in progressive press tool production techniques. With over 20 years experience as a Company Director he has maintained a passion for precious metals and gemmology and is a Fellow of the Gemmological Association of Australia with Diplomas in Diamond Technology and Gemmology. He has gained significant experience in manufacturing operations management, LEAN production methodologies and maximising manufacturing throughput and in 2020 completed his MBA receiving the Dean's Merit Award for Academic Excellence.
