Key responsibilities included managing the Humber Sport Partnerships Sportivate and Sport Makers initiatives. This involved contract management with Sport England and developing delivery based partnerships with National Governing Bodies of Sport, Local Authorities and Health Trusts. Both projects' delivered results that placed the Humber Sports Partnership in the highest delivery rating possible from Sport England.

Role encompased three key areas over period. Working with Sport England and Youth Sport Trust to deliver national programmes 'Recruit into Coaching' and 'Step into Sport' in the Humber region. Third area centred on working with Hull City Council to deliver the first nationally recognised quality assurance scheme with coaching businesses in the City.
