    I am currently a Program Officer (Assoc. Program Director) in the Division of Electrical, Communications, and Cyber Systems (ENG/ECCS). My portfolio includes cross-cutting initiatives between ECCS's three core program clusters, and I currently serve as the lead Program Officer in the Electronic, Photonic, and Magnetic Devices (EPMD) program. In addition to core programs, I also lead ECCS’s international partnerships and lead agency agreements, including UK/EPSRC, Swiss/SNSF, and India/MeitY. I also manage ECCS activities in the Engineering Research Initiation (ERI) and Major Research Instrumentation (MRI) programs, as well as the National Nanotechnology Coordinate Infrastructure (NNCI), an agency-wide program that provides researchers from academia, small and large companies, and government with access to university user facilities with leading-edge fabrication and characterization tools, instrumentation, and expertise within all disciplines of nanoscale science, engineering and technology.As a Program Officer I conduct merit review of incoming proposals and make new research grants, and I oversee and manage existing awards and large-scale infrastructure projects during the research and operations phases. I also serve on multiple working groups to develop new funding opportunities in response to the changing research landscape and evolving national research priorities.
