Responsible for chapter operations and communications with New Mexico State University officials including Greek Life and the Dean of Students in addition to communication and compliance with General Headquarters of Phi Delta Theta Fraternity, including the Director of Expansion, Director or Chapter Services, Leadership Consultant, and members of the General Council. Worked with the University and GHQ officials to transition the NM Beta colony into a full flegded chapter, which was established in February 2012.Conducted chapter operations through parliamentary procedure during weekly chapter meetings. Ensured all procedures were followed and approved where needed for both the University and GHQ, including but not limited to, event planning, recruitment activities, financial decisions, and risk management procedures. Consistently met with other chapter officers to discuss the overall wellbeing of the chapter, ensuring that all officers including myself were working together to achieve the goals of the chapter.
