In my current assignment as a Supply Analyst I provide guidance for planning and supervising supply activities by planning, developing, and implementing schedules for managing the operations of the base supply automated systems. I serve and coordinate as the technical advisor to the Chief of Supply on supply systems matters by analyzing a wide range of production indicators to assist in improving productivity or in determining causes of production delays. I am well-informed in the use of microcomputers, office applications, and technology to research and compile reports for Federal, State, and USAF agencies regarding the HAZMAT program. I assisted as the HAZMAT systems administrator utilizing the Enterprise Supply Solution (ESS), and Enterprise Environmental Safety Occupational Health-Management Information System (EESOH-MIS) to manage and update HAZMAT inventory data. I Maintain the base SDS library and I am an active member of the Hazardous Materials Management Process (HMMP) team. I managed IEX-coded materials, processed and approve customer requests including all GPC purchases while managing monthly reconciliation of all expenditures.
