I have managerial responsibility over all departments across Holina. Working alongside a number of teams, Clinical, Recover Facilitators, Nursing and Operation’s and logistics. Holina is a 12 step, Trauma Informed Holistic Rehabilitation. In addition Holina offers wellness, training and detox programmes.

I do two distinct things:Coaching people to START and SCALE their own online marketing business, selling high level products to earn a commission, using social media.I coach people to help them discover their life purpose, living a life directed by their values. Sustaining lasting happiness and vitality.

I lead the team in 12 step, Trauma informed holistic rehabilitation. Policy, Governance Operations.

I am the General Manager of the ARC rehab and proud of our scientific based methodology, along with our non shaming and unconditional positive regard approach to drug and alcohol rehabilitation. I have general oversight and manage all area's of work within the day to day working of the rehab. With special attention to operations, HR, audit and governance.

"Within CRC, prison and community contracts”Leading on clinical supervision, budgets, recruiting, and team meetings. Reporting and delivering against KPI’s set by commissioners, ensuring the delivery and enhancing quality of each contract. Implementation and delivering policy, protocols and applying best practise. Developing effective partnerships for the securing of new business. Also to those who could contribute to the development and progression of our service users.

I lead on service user involvement across South England, London and Wales.Developing tools, councils and supporting SUI Leads to integrate service user involvement and placing service users at the heart of our decision making throughout the organisation. Making change through all levels of policy, practise and planning of services provision. Delivering on effective and meaningful service users councils and forums that are set up at local, regional and national levels throughout A national organisation. Service users are involved through the entire governance structure, representing their peers and involved in changes that effect them and others.Supporting and delivering along with service users / clients involved in governance meetings, mystery shopper, audits, interviews and other projects that effect the way in which we deliver our services.I found innovative ways of winning new business pre tender and implemented service user need through bids. Then following up post tender to ensure smooth transition and concerns were heard. Influencing Directors and other senior leaders throughout the organisation.

I support and lead on the development of Recovery Communities in CRI across England & Wales. Setting up systems and guidance in recovery orientated systems to multiple services across the South East of England. I empowered individuals that formed and developed independent, autonomous peer led organisations that lead on initiatives across their communities. Ranging from support groups, advocacy, buddying and other activities that build on their social capital.I empowered and supported in the development of three formed groups becoming charities across the South East England. I was also doing work looking at sustainable recovery and how independent, self directing groups fit with commissioned services and how service delivery meets them.I lead on the regional service user council in London, support in site visits/audits. I was involved in tenders, new business and implementation...

I supported and empowered both service user and carers in leading peer led projects. Commissioner for Carers Services, peer led services. Contract reviews, commissioning of Hampshire services. Leading and involving service users and carers in all levels of policy, development and commisioning. The views of those that mattered most affected the way we commissioned our service at local authority level. One of the best examples of change facilitated by SU Councils was the removal of locks from doors and glass screens from reception areas, after the voice of those that used them gave feedback that prompted change. Service users were also given their own panel during the tender process carrying 33% of the overall vote in the award of contract. I was also part of the commisioning team and help develop service specs and commission all elements of an integrated community drug and alcohol service across the County if Hampshire.
