Regardless of the product, the key to success in production is making product on-time, and making it right on the first time. Though this may seem trivial at a glance, it is vital to maximizing profit and customer satisfaction.As a product engineer, you may rely on me to ensure that product is running at optimal yields and turnaround times. When there is room for improvement, I engage with the operators to diagnose the problem and work on a short and long-term resolution to ensure that the improvement is permanent.Improving products and processes is genuine fun to me. Each opportunity for improvement is a new challenge, and is an opportunity to create innovative solutions by utilizing and fortifying various skills such as: - Data analysis with tools such as MS Excel , MS Access, and Minitab. - Classical statistical methods such as identifying distributions, hypothesis testing, and regressions/correlations. - Six-Sigma methodology obtained through my Green Belt certification. - Mechanical aptitude along with CAD tools to understand the physical problem at hand.I am always looking to grow my network and connections.
