These two companies are not affiliated.As an Attorney, I am fortunate to have had a broad range of experiences in my practice, which is one-third of each of tax, business transactions and litigation. I am actively involved in all facets of a business, from formation and organization to acquisitions, mergers and financing, as well as employment and tax matters. I represent many small and medium-sized businesses as well as many physicians and medical practices. I have also been involved in litigation pertaining to shareholder/member disputes, business deals gone awry, employment disputes and tax issues.As a Investment Adviser Representative, it is my goal to provide comprehensive advice on all aspects of my clients' finances and investments. For most clients, I assist them with budgeting, determining how much to save and which savings methods to use, as well as insurance, tax and estate planning. I work with my clients to create a retirement plan, which will tie in to the other services provided. Finally, I advise my clients on investments that are appropriate for their risk tolerance, retirement goals and the economic environment.For all services that I provide, it is my goal to provide high quality representation and advice at an efficient and reasonable cost. I strive to promptly return phone calls and to keep my clients well-informed. I attempt to use a flat or fixed fee as much as possible in order to provide cost certainty to my clients.
