Projects such as Direct Line Onward Travel are now a huge success. A previously unidentified discrepancy between policy wordings and policy schedules resulted in a regulatory breach that had to be referred to the FCA. As the business lead for the project I successfully managed the issue and averted a fine of up to £250k. I worked with commercial underwriting to assist with their policy wordings and decision making by sharing best practice.During my time as manager I also received media training and have since provided numerous articles for the press.Developed excellent relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
