I managed the releases of BMC Service Desk Express (formerly Magic Service Desk) 9.0 and 9.1, in which we developed an Integration Engine for the product from the ground up.We maintained product revenue while transforming go-to-market from direct to channel.

I worked as a Senior Consultant, working with customers to install and configure the Helpdesk and Change Manager products.A knowledge of Service Management best practice and the ability to analyse a company's processes and transfer those to product configuration were key in this role.
