My current position at Page/ was created based off of my communication and leader ship skills as well the ability to understand design and communicate this information to the marketing team to create successful bid proposals for future clients.  My career at Page/ has lead to profitable projects as well award recognition of Principals and for design. From 2012 to the present I have been apart of a team awarded over 100 million dollars in project work at Page and continue to prove as a valuable asset to future client development.My global experience in creating exhibits and presentations for clients, complimented by my passion for and the rigor of architecture,  has evolved into a dedication to graphic design and design visualization, increasingly leading me towards focusing my energies on the visual communication side of operations.My Role at Page:Liaison between the Marketing + Design team to coordinate design concepts and generate material for bid and package proposals. Branding Consultant for Page Architects. My ten years plus of user experience in presentation and curating exhibits provided consultation and execution strategies to create innovative outcomes to present to clients.Bid + Package Proposals for high profile projects in response to RFQ's and RFP's. Schematic and Design Development specialist for various commercial sectors including coorporate commercial, urban design and healthcare.The production of Environmental Graphics for public and private spaces for The University of Houston dining facility, Methodist Hospital Mobs and various markets.Site Analytics for future client development, this involved site and environmental studiesvthat would resulr in a package proposal internally for the designers to reference as well the client.Worked closely with the owners and managers firm wide to produce creative new startegies to maintain Page's competitive edge in the market and internal documents shared within the US offices.

Graduating from the University of Houston, I began working with PJZ architects and the Gerald D. Hines School of Architecture as a special projects designer with an emphasis in visualization. My term with Peter Jay Zweig enabled me to practice in a wide range of design scales from self-sustaining off the grid projects for the President of the Philippines, Gloria Macapagal-Arroy, to a master planning project for President José Ramos-Horta of Timor Leste and his 100 guards.  The experience gained from these projects and the extensive use of visual representation for the users catapulted me into a new market of architecture, design visualization.  My Role at PJZ:Analyzed and implemented diverse typologies of sustainable building techniques for construction.Led research efforts to generate innovative and original structures and designs.Implemented design concepts and material case studies per project proposals for clients.Produced project exhibits and publications for grants and fellowships.Served as a design consultant for spatial design concepts, construction documents, and illustration designs.Drafted and assembled project proposals for clients that resulted in award wining projects.
