He has worked in various departments within the company, duties included assembling commercial ovens both in-house and out on site. Richard enrolled in college to become an Electrician whilst continuing to work. Within the last 6 years of his employment, he progressed to the Electrical department to wire and fully test our equipment and also electrically connected and commissioned the ovens on site nationwide.Richard is conscientious, trustworthy, hardworking, reliable, well-mannered and has very good communication skills with colleagues and customers. He is extremely organised with work documentation.Richard has proven to be dynamic in all aspects of work and is always keen and willing to learn other aspects regarding the job. We had serious electrical warranty failure issues out in the field. Richard volunteered and assisted the company in fault finding and retrofitting hundreds of ovens out on site for a well known supermarket chain. He rectified the issues to a high quality on all sites. He represented our company in a professional manor, his detailed reporting and communication skills are outstanding.Richard’s passion for the electrical sector of our business really shone and we are extremely grateful how he took control of the project. He was an ambassador for our company when we needed him the most. Unfortunately, due to a full company restructure, Richard has taken voluntary redundancy so he can further his career in the electrical sector.
