Oversaw property management for a 1.2 million sq. ft. portfolio of medical office properties. Oversaw all activities related to the operation of the property with a staff of four employees (cleaning, tenant improvements, security, landscaping, parking, interior and exterior maintenance and operations engineering). Managed day-to-day fiscal activities consisting of on-site accounting, accounts receivable control, financial analysis and budget management. Administered all aspects of the property’s tenancy, including rent roll maintenance, preparation/ execution of all lease and related documents and lease compliance.
