• Support of negotiations and management of power-related transactions such as tolling and power purchase agreements. Served as single point of contact for contract counter parties including: JP Morgan, Bear Sterns.
• Developed start-up / O&M budgets for all KMPCo facilities
• Creation and execution of energy management plans for each generating asset
• Serve as the KM representative in providing mobilization and/or transition activities for new plants. Develop, implement, and execute the operations plan for start-up and operation of new plants.
